Description

This tiger painting portrays a Bengal tiger on the prowl in the long sunlit grass. The suffused light gives the tiger its definition of power and elegance as it stalks its prey. With the greens and blues of the background and foreground complementing the black stripes of one of the world’s top predators.

The tiger is the largest cat species and third largest land carnivore. The Bengal tiger is the national animal of both India and Bangladesh.
