RETURNS and Refunds

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and so we have outlined our returns and refunds policy below.

Please note that all orders with a total cost of £25 or more are sent via recorded delivery.

Damaged goods

If you discover there is something wrong with the sealed packaging when accepting the delivery, please notify the person who delivered it that the packaging appears to be damaged. You should photograph the packaging as evidence before opening it.

If the artwork itself appears damaged when you open the packaging, then please photograph the damage and contact us within seven days of receiving the item, with a description of the damage and related photos. This will enable us to raise a dispute with the courier.


You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, as well as in its original packaging.


If your return is approved, then we will initiate a refund or exchange within seven days of receiving the item.

You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the item, and the original postage costs are non-refundable. However, these costs may be offset against future purchases at our discretion.
